The Founder

With over two decades of leadership experience, I have honed a keen analytical acumen and strategic mindset, essential for steering board governance, program management, and operational consultancy. My expertise extends to the realms of post-secondary education designs and training, enriched by public speaking and presentation engagements. My career has been a testament to my commitment to understanding and improving diverse populations, processes, and systems. I have the unique skill of simplifying the larger picture into a streamlined process that can be understood and adopted easily. Holding a research degree in Human Rights from SAS, London, I steadfastly integrate a human-centered approach into my consultation services, ensuring that ethical considerations and individual dignity remain at the forefront of organizational progress.
